McLaren (Mich.) Greater Health signed an agreement to participate in the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital's Partners in Children's Health network, according to an MLive report.
The health system's goal in participating in the children's health network is to enhance its clinical outreach, continuing medical education and quality initiatives to provide better pediatric care to patients, according to the report.
The financial terms of the partnership, if any, were not disclosed.
"Together, McLaren Greater Lansing and Helen DeVos Children's Hospital will work to strengthen medical care for children in greater Lansing and neighboring communities," Robert Connors, MD, president of Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, said in a press release. "The partnership links McLaren Greater Lansing to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital's regional system of care for children, providing comprehensive pediatric care close to home."
