St. Louis-based Ascension signed a definitive agreement to sell Marshfield, Wis.-based Saint Joseph's Hospital to Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The health systems reached a tentative acquisition agreement early last month.
