Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare, Hartford Hospital's regional care network, has announced a potential affiliation with Backus Corporation, parent company of Backus Healthcare System, based in Norwich, Conn., according to a Hartford HealthCare news release.
The two organizations have signed a non-binding letter of intent to start the year-long affiliation process.
