Cain Brothers, a healthcare financial advisory firm, is assisting HRMC in its search for potential partners, which will include larger organizations, both regional and national.
According to the report, HRMC will continue its current affiliation with Hackensack (N.J.) University Medical Center for contracted laboratory and pathology services, specialized bariatric surgical services and neurosurgery for HRMC's stroke patients.
