Guthrie Health, a three-hospital system based in Sayre, Pa., and 183-bed Memorial Hospital in Towanda, Pa., are exploring the "possibility of a collaborative relationship," according to a statement put out by the two providers.
Carolyn Handrick, Guthrie's public relations manager, said "such a process is complex and needs to be pursued with great deliberation and diligence. It is very early in that process and nothing has been formalized at this time."
