Evergreen Healthcare in Kirkland, Wash., and Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, have approved their strategic partnership, according to a joint news release.
The partnership will integrate services to broaden access to care at lower costs but will not combine finances or management. The public Evergreen and non-profit Virginia Mason will remain two distinct entities.
