Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare's physician services business acquired Montgomery-based Alabama Neonatal Medicine, expanding Envision's footprint in the state.
The four physicians belonging to ANM operate neonatology units at Jackson Hospital, Baptist Medical Center East and Baptist Medical Center South, all in Montgomery, Ala. The acquisition adds to Envision's existing neonatal programs in Huntsville, Mobile and Dothan, Ala.
