Envision Physician Services, the physician services arm of Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare Corp., acquired Gwinnett Emergency Specialists, a 70-member emergency medicine physician group practice in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Founded in 1991, the group's 40 physicians and 30 advanced practice practitioners provide patient care at two hospitals in the state, including Gwinnett Medical Center-Lawrenceville and Gwinnett Medical Center-Duluth.
The financial terms, if any, were not disclosed.
