Downers Grove, Ill.-based DuPage Medical Group, one of the largest independent multispecialty physician groups in the state, revealed plans to acquire Northwest Health Care Associates.
Northwest Health Care Associates is a 25-member physician group with three locations in Illinois: Hoffman Estates, East Dundee and Elk Grove Village.
Officials said both organizations are working to finalize the acquisition.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
