Lebanon, N.H.-based Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, owned by Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center will officially provide staffing and administrative services to various state medical institutions, according to the Union Leader.
The three-year deal, worth $36.5 million, will is effective Nov. 1 until June 30, 2019. Both parties will have the option to renew the contract anytime in the six years following the start of the agreement, according to the article.
The contract calls on Dartmouth-Hitchcock to supply services at the state-owned Glencliff (N.H.) Home for the Elderly, which provides assistance to developmentally disabled and mentally ill individuals.
