After completing the required antitrust investigation, Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen has announced he will not block the proposed merger between Yale-New Haven (Conn.) Hospital and Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven.
Although not a condition of Mr. Jepsen's decision, Yale-New Haven has agreed to his request that the hospital maintain current levels of charitable healthcare and financial assistance.
