Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare may bid for Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, R.I., according to a Providence Business News report.
Capella would be the third Tennessee for-profit hospital company — joining RegionalCare in Brentwood, Tenn., and Transition Healthcare Company in Franklin, Tenn. — to express interest in acquiring Landmark.
The court extended the deadline for bids from March 25 to March 30.
