Allina Health, based in Minneapolis, will fully acquire Regina Medical Center in Hastings, Minn., according to a Star Tribune report.
Allina had a minority ownership stake in Regina for the past five years, according to the report. Regina's physicians joined Allina in 2011 and are currently synced through their electronic health record system.
The deal, expected to close Aug. 1, will give Allina full ownership of the 57-bed hospital, according to the report. Financial details were not disclosed.
