Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains, N.J., completed its merger with Atlantic Health System, based in Morristown, N.J.
2. UnityPoint, Meriter Complete Affiliation
Regulatory officials approved the affiliation between West Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health and Madison, Wis.-based Meriter Health Services.
3. Passavant Area Hospital to Join Memorial Health System
Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville, Ill., agreed to affiliate with Memorial Health System, based in Springfield, Ill.
4. E.J. Noble Finalizes Asset Purchase to Gouverneur Hospital
E.J. Noble Hospital in Gouverneur, N.Y., officially became Gouverneur Hospital.
5. Banner Health to Acquire Casa Grande Regional Medical Center
Phoenix-based Banner Health signed a deal to acquire Casa Grande (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center.
6. Prime Closes Landmark Medical Center Transaction
Prime Healthcare Services, an Ontario, Calif.-based for-profit hospital operator, completed its deal to purchase Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, R.I.
7. Northern Westchester Hospital in New York Seeks Partnership
Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, N.Y., is looking for a new partner.
8. Amery Regional Medical Center in Wisconsin Merges With HealthPartners
Amery (Wis.) Regional Medical Center has joined Bloomington, Minn.-based HealthPartners.
