1. The affiliation forms Advanced Orthopedics of Oklahoma, which is comprised of 29 physicians, according to the report.
2. Both groups said the affiliation aims "to create and maintain a quality and cost-effective approach to orthopedic care combined with a personalized approach to the healthcare experience," according to the report.
3. Full integration is slated to take place over the next couple years, according to the report.
