1. Faxton St. Luke's, St. Elizabeth Medical Center Form Mohawk Valley Health System
Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare and St. Elizabeth Medical Center, both based in Utica, N.Y., officially announced their affiliation and the formation of Mohawk Valley Health System.

2. Huggins Hospital, Wentworth-Douglass Health System Won't Pursue Further Affiliation
Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, N.H., and Wentworth-Douglass Health System in Dover, N.H., decided not to expand their collaboration.

3. Yampa Valley Medical Center Joins Mayo Clinic Care Network

10. Via Christi Health Acquires 100% Ownership of Mercy Regional
Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, Kan., is now a full member hospital of Wichita, Kan.-based Via Christi Health.

11. Albemarle Health, Sentara Healthcare Partnership Finalized
The Pasquotank County board and the board of Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City, N.C., approved a long-term lease agreement between Albemarle and Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare.

12. Duke LifePoint Completes Wilson Medical Center Joint Venture
