Naples, Fla.-based Health Management Associates announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 140-bed Riley Hospital in Meridian, Miss., to Anderson Regional Medical Center, also in Meridian, according to an HMA news release.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the company.
The deal is expected to close by Dec. 31, according to the report.
