Naples, Fla.-based Health Management Associates has announced it has completed its acquisition of Wuesthoff Health System, based in Rockledge, Fla., for $152 million, according to an HMA news release.
Wuesthoff Health System is comprised of two hospitals — 298-bed Wuesthoff Medical Center-Rockledge and 115-bed Wuesthoff Medical Center-Melbourne (Fla.).
HMA announced it would acquire Wuesthoff in July. The deal has since received regulatory approval.
