University General Health System in Houston has announced it has acquired three clinics in Kingwood, Texas.
UGHS acquired the diagnostic imaging, physical therapy and sleep clinics from Kingwood Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center, an association of 13 physicians and mid-level providers.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but UGHS estimates the acquisition will generate at least $6.5 million in annual net patient revenues. The deal will expand the system's reach into Houston's north metropolitan area.
