Houston-based University General Health System announced it has acquired Sybaris Group, a luxury hospitality and facilities management company, also based in Houston, according to a UGHS news release.
Sybaris Group provides environmental, food and nutrition, and facilities management services to twelve clients in the Houston area, including University General Hospital.
The acquisition is part of UGHS's growth strategy and will allow the health system to continue to provide "concierge-level services" as the system expands to new markets, according to the release.
