Timberline Medical, a family medicine and urgent care clinic in Estes Park, Colo., has joined Fort Collins-based Colorado Health Medical Group, according to an Estes Park Trail-Gazette report.
Timberline Medical has three physicians and one nurse practitioner and is a patient-centered medical home. Officially joining CHMG is expected to streamline the clinic's communications with University of Colorado Health's other physicians.
CHMG is now University of Colorado Health's multispecialty physician group. Timberline Medical was previously a subsidiary of Poudre Valley Health System, according to the report. University of Colorado Health is a partnership that combined PVHS with University of Colorado Hospital and Memorial Health System.
