A joint venture between Saint Thomas Health Services in Nashville, Tenn., and radiology groups in the Nashville area will create an outpatient imaging network worth approximately $95 million according to a Nashville Post report.
The new network, called Saint Thomas Outpatient Imaging, will unite the resources of five-hospital STHS with Premier Radiology and Midstate Radiology. It is designed to serve as a critical component of the accountable care organization STHS is forming.
Saint Thomas Outpatient Imaging will include more than 40 radiologists at eight locations. The network will begin providing services April 1.
