Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, part of Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health, has acquired California Pacific Cardiovascular Medical Group, based in San Francisco, according to a San Francisco Business Times news report.
The physicians will form SPMF's Cardiovascular Medicine Division and will also be a part of the Brown & Toland Physicians IPA, according to the report.
