Crestview Hills, Ky.-based St. Elizabeth Physicians, the physician organization of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, now offers online ratings and reviews of its physicians, joining the ranks of Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare, Cleveland Clinic, Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, and others.
The site incorporates HCAHPS survey data to provide star ratings and patient reviews of its physicians. The group is using a solution from the National Research Corp.
Physicians receive star ratings once they have 30 or more complete surveys to ensure the rating is reliable. If a physician does have 30 or more reviews, the ratings and comments are included on the physician's profile. Negative reviews are not censored from the site.
