Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, Colo., will acquire medical oncology practice Southwest Oncology and radiation oncology practice Durango Cancer Center, according to a report in The Daily Times.
The acquisition takes effect May 1 and means that more than 30 physicians and staff members will become employees of Mercy Medical Center.
Centura Health Physicians Group based in Englewood, Colo., will manage both practices. The price of the purchase was not disclosed.
