Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente announced its new state-of-the-art mobile health vehicle will hit the streets of San Diego on June 25, according to KUSI News.
Physicians and nurses in the MHV will offer primary care services such as routine checkups, immunizations, prescription and lab test orders, biometric screenings and assistance with managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma, according to the report. The MHV will be open the second and fourth Thursdays of every month during business hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
