Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.H., has announced an expanded affiliation with Lahey Clinic to include cancer services, according to a report by Foster's Daily Democrat.
Frisbie and Lahey Clinic already have a clinical urology affiliation, according to the report.
Under the new affiliation, Frisbie Memorial's cancer patients will have access to Lahey's clinical trials. The hospital's oncologists will also have access to Lahey Clinic's advanced clinical training opportunities and will be able to participate on Lahey Clinic's tumor boards, which will give direct access to oncologic specialists during patient case reviews, according to the report.
