Dignity Health – Glendale (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and Health Center has formed a joint venture with RadNet, a national provider of freestanding, fixed-site diagnostic imaging services.
Through the partnership, 334-bed GMH and RadNet opened Imaging Specialists of Glendale, an outpatient imaging center. The joint venture will also allow the organizations to expand services at Marcia Ray Breast Center, which will be renamed Marcia Ray Breastlink Women's Imaging Center.
GMH and RadNet said they plan to pursue additional oncology and surgical services opportunities in the future.
