Torrington, Conn.-based Charlotte Hungerford Hospital has formed the Charlotte Hungerford Multi-Specialty Group that will include a network of two dozen physicians, surgeons and specialists, according to a Register Citizen report.
All billing, registration and scheduling will be handled by the multispecialty group. Practices will implement electronic medical records, and the group will have its own health information exchange, according to the report.
