The Aultman Health Foundation in Canton, Ohio, will acquire the clinical operations of North Canton Medical Foundation, an independent medical practice, Sept. 1, according to a Crain's Cleveland Business report.
North Canton Medical Foundation will retain its name, but all physicians and staff will become employees of Aultman Health Foundation, according to the report.
Aultman Health Foundation is the parent company of Aultman Hospital in Canton.
