Physicians said consulting them on organization and policy decisions is the most important factor as employers look to build a strong culture, a recent Medscape report found.
The "Seeking an Energizing Environment: Medscape Physician Workplace Culture Report 2024" report surveyed 1,240 physicians across 29 specialties between Jan. 8 and March 6. The survey asked about a number of factors in culture and how much they mattered to physicians.
Here are the areas of culture that physicians said employers need to improve:
