Sidney, Ohio-based Wilson Health has elected four new trustees, according to a Sidney Daily News report.
Here are 12 things to know about the new trustees, who were all appointed to serve an initial three-year term.
Charles Edelen, DDS
1. Dr. Edelen is a dentist with MidWest Ohio Dental Care in Sidney.
2. Prior to opening his private dental practice in Sidney, he became a commissioned officer with the United States Public Health Service. There, he worked for the Indian Health Service on two Indian reservations in Montana and Wyoming, according to the report.
3. Dr. Edelen earned his undergraduate and dental degrees from the Ohio State University in Columbus.
Janice Benanzer
4. Ms. Benanzer is president and CEO of Sidney-based Baumfolder Corp., a producer of equipment for post-press bindery, finishing equipment, mailing equipment and contract assembly.
5. Previously, she was CFO and vice president of administration of Baumfolder since 2007.
6. Ms. Benanzer earned a degree in business administration from Edison Community College in Piqua, Ohio.
John Deeds
7. Mr. Deeds is an attorney with Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk. His areas of concentration are corporate and commercial law, real estate and development and mergers and acquisitions, according to the report.
8. He is also a Wilson Health Foundation board member.
9. Mr. Deeds earned a bachelor's degree from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, and his Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus.
Eric Prenger, MD
10. Dr. Prenger serves as a family medicine physician with Wilson Health Medical Group in Sidney.
11. He also is the medical director for the Wilson Health Hospice program.
12. Dr. Prenger is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He has a special interest in the area of diabetes.
