Pomona (Calif.) Valley Hospital Medical Center plans to lay off 76 employees and cut the hours of 111 others, according to an Inland Valley Daily Bulletin report.
The layoffs represent about 3 percent of the hospital's staff, according to the report.
The workforce reduction will affect employees across the hospital, including management and clinical staff members, according to the report. Officials cited declining patient volumes as the reason for the cuts.
