Oklahoma State University is ending its management agreement with St. John Health System in Tulsa, Okla., according to a Tulsa World report.
The decision to end the management agreement was mutual, according to the report, but came at the request of St. John's. Officials say there were no disagreements, but that OSU Medical Center is now in more stable condition than when the management agreement was struck, according to the report.
The decision means Jan Slater will leave her position as CEO of OSU Medical Center and assume the respective position at St. John's. OSU Medical Center's CFO Wayne Walthall will do the same.
