NLRB: Hospitals Must Post Notice of Employee Rights by Jan. 31

The National Labor Relations Board has issued a fact sheet reminding employers subject to the National Labor Relations Act, which includes most hospitals, to post a notice of employee rights by Jan. 31, according to an AHA News Now report.

The Act requires affected employers to post a notice of employee's rights under the Act. Failure to do so could constitute an unfair labor practice, according to the report.
