New Orleans-based Ochsner Health System has entered into a clinical collaboration with Walgreens' Take Care Clinics' four locations in the New Orleans area, according to a Take Care Health System news release.
The relationship is intended to promote information sharing about each groups' services. Ochsner schedulers will provide information on Take Care Clinic hours and locations if patients are unable to obtain appointments with Ochsner physicians in their desired timeframe. Clinicians at Take Care Clinics will refer patients to Ochsner or other appropriate healthcare facilities for additional services.
