"A consistent theme throughout my career has been my commitment to the implementation of a performance excellence model which drives clinical and financial performance by a tenacious focus on data. I believe that utilization of these principles can help organizations across industries improve quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and organizational performance," Dr. Stacey said in a statement. "Over the past several months Navigant has been able to build the best team in the industry to focus on these leadership challenges, and I look forward to bringing my hands-on implementation experience to Navigant to help our clients drive operational excellence and leadership service."
