Moody's Upgrades Missouri's St. Luke's Health System's Credit Rating

Credit rating firm Moody's has lifted Kansas City, Mo.-based St. Luke's Health System's credit rating, according to a Kansas City Star news report.

According to the news report, St. Luke's A1 rating covers $532 million in bonds and its continued financial improvement from 2009 and 2010 through the first three months of the 2011 fiscal year. Moody's also pointed to the health's system's improvements in debt coverage and liquidity ratios.
