Mercy Hospital Grayling Cuts 24 Jobs

Mercy Hospital Grayling (Mich.) has eliminated 24 full-time positions and will leave an additional 11 positions vacant, according to an Up North Live report.

The hospital made the staff cuts in response to declining patient volumes and lower payer reimbursements, according to the report.

There were no specifics as to what positions the affected employees held at the hospital.
