Here are the CEOs from each hospital on U.S. News & World Report's 2024-2025 Best Hospitals Honor Roll

Arizona
Mayo Clinic in Arizona (Phoenix): Richard Gray, MD, has been CEO since 2019.

California
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles): Thomas Priselac has been CEO since 1994. Peter Slavin, MD, will become CEO of the hospital and president and CEO of Cedars-Sinai Health System on Oct. 1.

Stanford Health Care-Stanford Hospital (Palo Alto): David Entwistle has been president and CEO of Stanford Health Care since 2016.

UCLA Medical Center (Los Angeles): Johnese Spisso has been CEO of the UCLA Hospital System since 2016.

UC San Diego Health-La Jolla and Hillcrest hospitals: Patty Maysent has been CEO of UC San Diego Health since 2016.

UCSF Health-UCSF Medical Center (San Francisco): Suresh Gunasekaran has been CEO of UCSF Health since 2022.

Illinois
Northwestern Medicine-Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Chicago): Howard Chrisman, MD, has been CEO of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare since 2023.

Rush University Medical Center (Chicago): Omar Lateef, DO, has been president and CEO of the hospital since 2019. He became CEO of Rush University System in 2022.

Maryland
Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore): Redonda Miller, MD, has been president of the hospital since 2016. Theodore DeWeese, MD, is CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Massachusetts
Brigham and Women's Hospital (Boston): Giles Boland, MD, has been president of the hospital since March.

Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston): David Brown, MD, has been president of the hospital since 2021. Anne Klibanski, MD, has been CEO of Mass General Brigham since 2019.

Minnesota
Mayo Clinic (Rochester): Gianrico Farrugia, MD, has been president and CEO since 2019.

New York
Mount Sinai Hospital (New York City): Brendan Carr, MD, became CEO of the Mount Sinai Health System earlier this year. David Reich, MD, has been president of the hospital since 2013.

New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia and Cornell (New York City): Steven Corwin, MD, has been CEO of NewYork-Presbyterian since 2011.

North Shore University Hospital at Northwell Health (Manhasset): Jon Sendach has been executive director of the hospital since 2020.

NYU Langone Hospitals (New York City): Robert Grossman, MD, will retire as CEO of NYU Langone Health in August 2025 after joining the health system in 2007.

North Carolina
Duke University Hospital (Durham): Gregory Pauly has been president of the hospital since January.

Ohio
Cleveland Clinic: Tom Mihaljevic, MD, has been hospital CEO since 2018.

Pennsylvania
Hospitals of the University of Pennsylvania-Penn Presbyterian (Philadelphia): Kevin Mahoney has been CEO of University of Pennsylvania Health System since 2019.

Texas
Houston Methodist Hospital: Marc Boom, MD, has been CEO of Houston Methodist health system since 2012.
