Kaiser Permanente Reaches 3-Year Agreement With Unions

Kaiser Permanente has reached tentative, three-year agreement with the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions, which represents approximately 100,000 workers at hundreds of Kaiser facilities in nine states. 

The agreement provides wage increases, maintains current benefits and includes incentive opportunities for meeting performance improvement goals. Kaiser's current contract with its unions expires Sept. 30.

The Coalition of Kaiser Permanent Unions represents 28 different local unions that represent workers including registered nurses, pharmacists, maintenance and service workers among many other positions.
