Paul Spiegelman, CEO of The Beryl Companies, and Britt Berrett, president of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, have together released an interactive tool healthcare leaders can use to assess organizational culture and engagement.
The survey tool, CultureIQ, assesses an organization's cultural alignment around employee engagement and patient experience. After answering the survey's 10 questions, leaders are provided a baseline score that can be used to improve engagement and benchmark against other organizations.
Mr. Spiegelman and Mr. Berrett developed the tool as part of the research for their new book, "Patients Come Second, Leading Change By changing The Way You Lead."
