Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System will partner with 10 MinuteClinic locations in and around Detroit to provide on-call physician medical directors to the locations, according to a MinuteClinic release.
The medical directors will be available to consult with MinuteClinic nurse practitioners, and MinuteClinic and Henry Ford will collaborate on patient education programs and programs to manage chronic disease.
Additionally, the two groups will develop a plan to integrate clinical data from patient health records.
