Healthways CEO joins Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights board of directors

Donato Tramuto, CEO of Franklin, Tenn.-based Healthways, has been named to the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights board of directors, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights is a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit advocacy organization, according to the report. Apple CEO Tim Cook also serves on the board.

In addition to his role as CEO of Healthways, Mr. Tramuto also founded Health eVillages, a nonprofit organization that uses mobile technology to provide medical care throughout the world's lowest-income countries.
