Stamford (Conn.) Hospital has begun taking the first steps in its $575 million redevelopment plan, which is expected to span 10-15 years, according to a Stamford Advocate report.
The hospital's redevelopment plans include building an 11-story specialty building, a central utility plant, and renovation of existing facilities, according to the report. The project is being funded through the hospital's own operating income and funds from the sale of Edgehill Continuing Care Retirement Facility.
