The new year allows us to reset. Many make resolutions to better their personalities, elevate work results, or eat healthier. Others simply plan to stay the course. My hope this year is to reinvent, strategize, maneuver, and have a smarter, more successful 2016. So as we look forward, I'd like to pass on a few tidbits I've previously shared on success. I hope they resonate with you as you plan for the year ahead.
1. Are you passionate or interested? If you're not passionate, stay in bed.
2. Everything must be thought through the lens of purpose.
3. A company with disengaged people won't succeed.
4. Never be totally satisfied.
5. How are you disrupting yourself to add new value to your customers, not just to your company?
6. Helping customers win is our obsession and making the world a better place is our passion.
7. Success requires standing up for what you believe in.
8. It is a far greater detriment to do nothing, than to step out and aggressively declare your goals.
