Dallas, TX, May 11, 2017: Access Healthcare, a leading provider of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle and information technology services, today announced the addition of Catherine McKnight as General Counsel. She has over two decades of experience in leading corporate legal functions in the healthcare and technology industries.
Catherine McKnight joins Access Healthcare from Children’s Health System of Texas where she served as the Associate General Counsel. Previously, she served as Assistant General Counsel for VHA and provided legal counsel to its subsidiary, Provista, as well as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Concentra Inc. She has also worked as an attorney, specializing in healthcare and technology.
Aside from ensuring that the company operates within the law at all times, her role will be pivotal in dealing with issues that threaten the reputation of the company or its employees. Her areas of expertise include acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing, intellectual property, software licensing, corporate governance, risk management and healthcare regulatory compliance.
