Tenet Healthcare Corp. has named Jeffrey Koury as senior vice president of operations for Tenet's California region, according to a news release by the hospital operator.
Mr. Koury, who recently served as vice president of operations finance for the California region, replaces Jeffery Flocken who announced his retirement in April. Mr. Koury has been with Tenet for 25 years.
In his new role, he will oversee the strategy development and operations for 12 acute-care hospitals in Southern California, Northern California and Omaha, Neb., and will report directly to Stephen L. Newman, MD, Tenet's COO.
