Missouri's SoutheastHEALTH CEO Resigns, Cites Differences in Management

CEO Debbie Linnes of Cape Girardeau, Mo.-based SoutheastHEALTH has resigned from her post due to "differences in management philosophy," according to a Southeast Missourian news report.

Although Board of Trustees Chairman Al Spradling acknowledged leadership has had issues, he did not disclose any specific details as to what circumstances led to Ms. Linnes' resignation. Wayne Smith, vice president of human resources and development, will serve as interim CEO while the health system launches a search for a new CEO.
