Cooper University Hospital in NJ Breaks Ground on $100M Cancer Center Expansion

Cooper University Hospital in Camden, N.J., has broken ground on a $100 million expansion of its Cooper Cancer Institute, according to a Courier Post report.

The expansion will add 103,000 square feet, creating space to treat approximately 100 patients daily, according to the report. The center will offer radiology and radiation oncology, hematology and medical oncology, urology and gynecologic oncology and a chemotherapy pharmacy.

Construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2013.
